Education

Elizabeth graduated North Carolina with a B.A., with distinction, in International Studies, a minor in Business from Kenan-Flagler, then a J.D. She studied Politics for a year at the University of Edinburgh, was on Moot Court, and received a Bar Association award for Pro Bono work

Experience

In 2004, Elizabeth joined a mid-sized Wilmington boutique business and banking firm. In 2008, she was named income partner, the youngest in firm history. In 2013, she established the Wilmington branch of her father’s 14 attorney firm with offices throughout southeastern NC and northeastern SC. In 2016, to best meet the unique needs of her banking and institutional clients, she founded Counsel of the Carolinas

A native of Tabor City, NC, Elizabeth remains close to her state-line hometown, while making her home with her husband and children in the historic district of Wilmington
